Meals with Mik: Pumpkin Curry and Sweet Potato Casserole

Do you have great meal prep plans but struggle to implement them? Are you tired of fresh produce going bad in your fridge before you can eat it? Does it feel overwhelming to choose meals for the week and plan shopping lists?

Ditch these excuses and come join me on Sunday afternoons for a fun and productive time of making nutritious and delicious meals for the week, together! During each class, we will prepare an entree AND one breakfast or dessert item.

All are welcome! Whether you're a well seasoned cook or just getting started in the kitchen, my online cooking classes are for all skill levels and will walk you through, step by step, how to create a yummy meal for you and your family. As a registered dietitian, I'll also be giving you insider nutrition tips and tricks to implement throughout the week and will be answering any questions you may have during our time together.

Once you register, you will receive a shopping list of the needed items for this week's recipes, along with a list of all kitchen equipment necessary for the class. Make sure to read through the recipes prior to our time together so you can have all of your ingredients and equipment handy during the class.

Classes are provided via Zoom, so you don't have to leave your home to attend! After reserving your spot, a private Zoom link will be sent to your email. Click the link at the listed start time and I'll be waiting for you on the other side!
